Your plans stay private.

Swatch doesn't require a Swatch account, run advertising or use behavioural analytics. Your planning data is stored on your iPhone and syncs automatically through your private iCloud. We don't operate a server that receives your grids, photographs or captions.

Planning data

Your grids, photos, colour placeholders and captions are created and kept on your iPhone. There's no Swatch account to sign up for, and we don't run a server that collects this data.

Private iCloud sync

Sync is automatic: Swatch keeps your plans in step across your Apple devices through your own private iCloud, using Apple's iCloud and CloudKit. There's no switch to flip, it uses the iCloud account already signed in on your iPhone. That data lives in your personal iCloud account under Apple's terms, and we can't see it or reach it.

Purchases through Apple

The one-time Pro unlock is handled by Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment and tells the app whether Pro is active. We don't receive or store your payment details.

Data retention and deletion

Because your plans live on your device and in your iCloud, you stay in control: delete a grid in the app, or remove the app and its iCloud data, and it's gone. We keep support messages in our email only as long as we need them to answer you.
