Terms of use

Last updated 12 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Swatch. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. Swatch is licensed as a planning tool and is provided subject to the limitations below.

Eligibility

You may use Swatch if you can form a binding agreement with us and aren't barred from doing so under applicable law. If you use Swatch on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for it.

Your content

Anything you add to Swatch (photos, captions, palettes, grids) remains entirely yours. We claim no rights over it, and we don't receive a copy unless you choose to contact support and include it.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Swatch on devices you own or control, for your own planning. You agree not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the app's source, except where the law expressly permits it.

Acceptable use

Use Swatch lawfully. Don't use it to break the law, to infringe anyone else's rights, or to interfere with the app's security or intended operation.

Payment

Swatch is free to download. A one-time purchase unlocks full use, handled through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's purchase and refund terms. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

App Store terms

Swatch is distributed through Apple's App Store, so your use is also subject to the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. Where those terms and these conflict over App Store distribution, Apple's terms apply to that distribution.

Disclaimer

Swatch is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We work hard to make it reliable, but you're responsible for keeping your own backups of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, papercloud.studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of or inability to use Swatch. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using Swatch at any time by removing the app. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these terms. Your plans and photos remain on your own device and in your own iCloud, and are not ours to delete.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated date above will change with them. Continuing to use Swatch after a change means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which papercloud.studios is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
